New post (WHAT I ATE TODAY [VEGAN + HEALTHY!]) has been published on Foodixo – https://www.foodixo.com/2017/01/07/what-i-ate-today-vegan-healthy/

I know that many of us (myself included) have made it our New Year’s resolution to eat better, so I thought it would be appropriate to do a “What I Ate Today” and share some of my favorite healthy (whole-food/vegan) recipes! Eating right becomes easier the moment that you begin to associate it with pleasure. If you have the mentality that you’re punishing yourself you will struggle to stick with it. It’s so important to find pleasure in healthy eating… which means that you have to find healthy recipes that you genuinely enjoy eating! It IS possible and I hope this video helps! Much love! πŸ™‚
