This longganisa with Garlic can be prepared ahead of time to be cooked for breakfast or lunch. Learn this quick and easy way of preparing this very sweet and spicy skinless longganisa that is made out of ground pork mixed with garlic and other local spices.

Skinless Pork Longganisa Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound ground pork,
4 cloves garlic minced,
3 tablespoons brown sugar,
3/4 teaspoon chili powder,
2 teaspoons paprika powder,
1/2 teaspoon annatto or atsuete powder,
1 teaspoon ground black pepper,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
4 tablespoons white vinegar,
4 tablespoons soy sauce,
1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying.

How To Make Skinless Pork Longganisa Recipe:

1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, atsuete powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Divide this meat mixture into 15 to 20 equal parts. Put each part into a square food wrapper, shape these into small cylinders, wrap them and seal the sides tightly. Set aside on a plate.
3. Chill inside the fridge for at least an hour to allow the meat to absorb all the flavors of the spices. Remove the wrappers when you are ready to cook.
4. In a pan, fry these skinless longganisa until golden brown on all sides. Use a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve these skinless garlic longganisa with your favorite dipping sauce or ketchup. You can also prepare and cook this sweet sausage as Longsilog for breakfast with sunny side up eggs and garlic fried rice.
